If cancellation is received by 6/16/2013
Full reg fee is refunded, minus $25 processing fee.

If cancellation is received by 7/15/2013
Half reg fee is refunded, minus $25 processing fee.

No refunds are given if cancellation is postmarked or emailed after 7/15/2013.
